Who we are

About Hakbod

Hakbod is a vocational centre for people who learn best by doing – a place to turn creative energy and curiosity into skills you can actually use in the world.

Our mission

Turning passion into employable skills

Our mission is simple: help you move from “I'd love to do this one day” to real, market-ready skills in under 18 months, guided by people who already work in the fields you care about.

Every program at Hakbod is built to be practical, focused, and human – small cohorts, clear outcomes, and support that doesn't end the moment classes do.

Why Hakbod

A centre built around how people actually learn

We don't expect you to sit through endless theory and figure it out later. You learn in studios, kitchens, and labs – making things, testing ideas, and getting feedback from mentors who work in the exact roles you're aiming for.

  • ·Expert mentors — Learn from instructors who have built careers in the fields you're training for.
  • ·Hands-on labs — Most of your learning happens in studios, workshops, and real projects.
  • ·Industry ties — Partnerships with employers for internships, placements, and portfolio reviews.
  • ·Future-ready skills — Programs updated to match emerging tools and creative trends.

Our Schools

Three schools. One connected journey.

Hakbod is organised into three focused schools – Culinary Arts, Fashion Design, and Entrepreneurship – so you can go deep in the craft that excites you most, while still having space to blend disciplines when it makes sense.

Many students pair Culinary Arts with Entrepreneurship to launch food businesses, or Fashion Design with Entrepreneurship to build brands. Our job is to help you stitch together a path that feels honest to your goals.
